West Virginia Strawberry Festival Bans Smoking & Vaping

The City of Buckhannon, West Virginia, has prohibited smoking, vaping, and all tobacco use in public areas during the annual West Virginia Strawberry Festival. This measure, enacted in partnership with the Upshur County Tobacco Prevention Coalition, applies to all festival grounds and events like Festival Fridays at Jawbone Park within city limits.
